Art Docent

Thank you for volunteering your time to bring art into the classroom! Below you'll find some helpful resources to get started.

Resources

-Please work with your child's teacher to come up with a day/time before entering it into the schedule

-You will enter your name, date and time you are using the lesson

-If your class has multiple volunteers, please make sure to include your name

-Check the schedule to ensure your time doesn’t overlap with someone else's

-Please only take crate for max 1.5 hours and leave time between lessons to return crate

-You will need to get the supply closet key from the office to grab the crate and return the key before your lesson time

-You will also need the key to return the crate after your lesson

-When you return your crate, please make sure there are enough supplies for the next class or contact Alex, our Art Docent Coordinator

-May is for makeups but please use the schedule to ensure the materials you need are not in use
