Enrollment

Welcome to our school! 

Folsom Cordova Unified School District utilizes an online registration process. All parents/guardians of new students must fill out a Pre-Enrollment Packet. Complete packets will only be available in the school office beginning February 1st.

Completed New Student Registration packets can be returned to the school office starting at 9 AM on 

February 2, 2024.  Incomplete packets will not be accepted.

In addition to the completed Pre-Enrollment Packet, you will also need to provide copies of:

  • Birth Certificate or Passport (please bring the original and we can copy)

  • Immunization Records (Students will be excluded on first day of the school year for missing immunizations)

  • Proof of Residency examples: Current SMUD bill, current PG&E bill, Rental/Lease/Escrow paperwork listing the parent/guardian name and property address, Government documents and Bank Statements.

    • If you do not have Proof of Residency in your name, an Affidavit of Residency must be completed at the school by the resident whose name is on the SMUD or PG&E bill. The resident must provide the utility bill and photo ID when the verification is completed at the school. Parent/guardian must provide a piece of mail showing you receive mail at the address listed on the affidavit.

  • A copy of your child’s last report card and/or progress report. This is very helpful for us to have for placement purposes. We will request your child’s records from their previous school; however, they do not always come in a timely manner.

  • If your child has an IEP or 504, please bring the current document so we can copy.

  • Custody papers: if applicable. Please provide us with the court stamped copy.

A link from FCUSD will be emailed to families in late February/early March stating that the “Online Registration is Ready”. Be sure to follow the directions in the email. The link will enable families to complete their student’s registration online after March 1st. This is an estimated date, if you do not receive the email by mid March, please contact our office at 916-294-9145.  Please be advised your child will not be registered until you complete the online portion of the registration. If you do not have access to a computer or email, please let the office staff know so we can assist you in the registration process.
